Where is ONE° Studio based?
Ulverstone, Tasmania, Australia. We work remotely with clients across Australia, the United States, Canada, Europe and India.
Do you work with clients outside Australia?
Yes. We work with brands in Detroit, San Diego, Ottawa, Melbourne, Sydney, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, France, Belgium and India, among others. Shared working windows are agreed up front.
How do you handle time zones?
We agree an overlap window between AEST and your time zone and keep to it. Written updates and shared project boards mean the work is visible regardless of where you are.
How do you invoice international clients?
Australian clients are invoiced with GST. For everyone else, the currency, tax treatment and payment terms are stated on the quote before work begins.
Do you have offices in the cities you serve?
No. We are based in Ulverstone and work remotely. The regions listed are where clients and agency partners are located, not physical offices.
Do you outsource the work?
No. Builds are handled in-house by the same team you meet on the first call, with no outsourcing and no account managers in between.
How much does a Shopify build cost?
Paid work is scoped individually. The written quote states the price, currency, tax treatment, deliverables and exclusions. The free teardown is a separate, limited public-page review.
