Brief
A sports apparel brand moving off a legacy platform. Two constraints shaped the project: the migration had to hold its existing rankings, and the purchase path had to work properly on mobile, where most of the traffic was.
Build
A Shopify architecture built with speed as a requirement rather than a cleanup task — custom product configurators, a shortened checkout flow, and lean markup that keeps Core Web Vitals intact under real catalog weight.
Scope: Shopify development, UI/UX design, custom app development, platform migration.
