Know the scope.
Then the price.

A migration, a performance audit and a new storefront are different purchases. Start with the decision you need to make, not a package padded with features you do not need.

Paid projects are individually quoted. We do not publish a starting amount until the scope and currency are clear. You receive a written fixed-price proposal before paid work begins.

What changes a quote?

  • Catalog and data. Product variants, customer records, order history, subscriptions and source-data quality.
  • Design and functionality. Theme work, product discovery, custom interactions and accessibility requirements.
  • Integrations. Payments, shipping, ERP, CRM and any behaviour the existing platform supplies.
  • Launch and support. Redirects, testing, handover, responsibilities and the agreed support scope.

What your proposal must make clear

  • The total price and explicit currency, including whether tax is included or added. A bare dollar sign is not enough for an international quote.
  • Deliverables, exclusions, review rounds, acceptance criteria and payment milestones.
  • Shopify plans, app subscriptions, hosting and other recurring third-party costs, separate from development fees.
  • Who supplies copy, photography and product data, plus the process for agreeing additional work.

Extra scope is discussed and quoted before it is undertaken. An audit does not include implementation unless the proposal says so. The free teardown is not a substitute for a complete audit.
