Brief
A curated marketplace aggregating products from multiple suppliers. Two problems dominated: keeping inventory accurate across suppliers that all reported it differently, and keeping the site fast while doing so.
Build
Custom middleware syncing supplier inventory in real time, feeding a frontend built for search and indexing — the catalog had to be as legible to search engines as it was to shoppers.
Scope: inventory sync middleware, SEO and indexation strategy, marketplace development.
